BACK TO BASICS WITH YOUR STRUCTURAL SPINE – All Levels
SUNDAY, JANUARY 29th 2:00-4:00PM
This is the time to connect yoga with the awareness of your spine and the foundation of practicing while protecting yourself from injury. Come learn proper form, safety and various poses honoring your body.
Understand the importance of doing yoga for flexibility, strength and mindfulness. There is always a way, now it is the time for you to find it!
(2 Hours - $45 if paid by January 20th)

MINDFUL MEDITATION – All Levels
SUNDAY, February 12th 2:00-4:00PM
Take this time out for you to delve into the challenge of keeping still and quiet. Master
the knowledge of your mind and practice being a human being rather than a human doing. Learn different
techniques to meditate, and various breath work.
(2Hours - $45 if paid by February 31st) $55 after February 3rd or at the door, space permitting
MY MEMORY AND ME, AND FINDING BALANCE ON OUR MAT AND IN OUR LIVES - All Levels
SUNDAY, March 4th 2:00-4:00PM
This fabulous workshop will entertain you while you enhance your memory skills and practice ways to “remember” through yoga. We will also be doing a great segment on balancing poses to create a more balanced life physically, mentally, emotionally and/or spiritually…and then remembering it.
(2 Hours- $45 if paid by February 23rd) $55 after February 23rd or at the door, space permitting
